   I'm in NY right now, but when I visit home i'm so jealous at how much cheaper gas is in Jersey compared to where I'm now. So no relief here :/

   Well, if you're in the city you don't need a car. I didn't even learn to drive till I was 23 because I grew up in NYC. Then again, Syracuse or Albany would be a different story!

   Actually, no, the Jersey side, but it might as well be Manhattan in terms of sheer mileage. I'm very lucky they let me work at home almost all the time. Is that little smiley guy looking relieved or dancing like John Travolta in Pulp Fiction? I mean it to look relieved, especially with gas prices what they are.

   I know! It's my first election too and I was all happy that I would be able to vote for Hillary. Now all my energy is devoted to making sure Obama doesn't win. He's only up by 3% (within the margin of error) in my state of JERSEY. That's hilarious. I'm looking forward to tipping the scale in favor of McCain for my state. After I vote as a Democrat for McCain, I'm tearing up my voter registration card and sending it to the Democrats as a way of saying, FUCK YOU!!!! and then I'm switching to independent.

   And I've always been an independent voter (which I almost changed this year because I wanted to vote for Hillary in the primary)-- and have voted third-party more than once. I'm sorry this election is such a crapfest for your first time.
